Delta Media Closes the Deal: New Training Program Helps Sales Professionals Overcome Client Objections
The Government of Canada's mortgage insurance and housing agency has signed on as the first licensed user of Delta Media's new sales training program. The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has been licensed to deliver the Delta Media program to its entire team of business development and insurance sales executives across Canada.
"Dealing with Competitive Pressures" is a new train-the-trainer program designed to assist any organization to secure and maintain sales leadership over its competitors.
Developed by Delta Media Senior Counsel and Director of Training Ken Anderson, "Dealing with Competitive Pressures" is built on the platform of several of the firm’s popular media relations, presentations skills and crisis communications training programs. It teaches sales personnel to leverage their knowledge of their clients, products and competitors to overcome client objections, make the sale and generate buzz.
CMHC's principal competitors in Canada include major international mortgage insurance giants such as Genworth and AIG.
